Cagayan De Oro Scandal 2005
I know nothing of any scandals, although I see sites purporting to offer sex videos relating to one or more. And I did locate an old article published October 15, 2005, titled Video tape on ‘Xavier Sex Scandal’ circulating in Cagayan de Oro City.
