Provided that the webpage is still present, the best recommendation I can offer related to finding a reasonably-priced flight from Manila to Boracay is the website BoracyReviews.com: Airlines that Fly From Manila To Boracay. I only wish I knew if the information is kept updated.
Also very informative in this regard is InternetPhilippines.com: Cheap Manila to Boracay Flights and Schedule. But again…is the information kept updated? After all, a commenter left a remark back on April 28, 2009. I would hope that there have been relevant changes to the website’s information since that time.
You can make your own flight engine searches, so I am not even going to mention this specific aspect of getting from Manila to Boracay. Likewise, I see no sense in directing you to individual airline websites.
But in that context, of use to you should be PhilippinesHotelTour.com‘s Getting to the Boracay, Boracay Transportation guide; and FilipinoTravel.com.ph‘s Domestic Airlines. Also, there is Go-Package.com‘s Boracay | Timetable & Domestic Flight Schedules 航空時間表.
I came across a couple of airline-specific articles that would be helpful if they were offering current information, but I have no idea if they are:
- FlightsBoracay.com: Boracay Flights – SEAIR Airlines, Manila to Caticlan Flight Schedule – Boracay Philippines Flight Information
- Cebu-Philippines.net: Cebu Pacific Domestic Flights Expanded in Leisure Markets

You can fly directly from Manila to Caticlan (Boracay), although the lowest price for a round trip direct flight per person that I was able to find was going for $200USD in February 2013. Then another option came up when I searched for “Include nearby airports.” The price dropped in half. From here, I started searching on the websites of domestic airlines within the Philippines. I found a round trip direct flight from Manila to Kalibo for $50USD on airphilexpress.
