Thailand launched a range of electronic services to "Click to fly smooth as silk"
Dubai, March 2011: The roads Thai Air International Corporation (Thailand) has launched a series of electronic and mobile services, which is as easy as a click away so the flight preparation simpler and more convenient for customers.
Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI president, said the company has introduced new
electronic services that make it more convenient for customers to access information about THAILAND
that accommodates the lifestyle of people today, now and in the future. Electronic services
are:
• Web on the phone: it makes the services accessible through mobile phone browsers, such as
Apple / iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and others through http://m.thaiairways.com. Customers can see flight information and schedules THAILAND, view and make reservations, check-in for information on Royal Orchid Holidays and Royal Orchid Plus, and checking flight schedules and cargo tracking cargo shipments.
• Thai m Service: A toll-free intelligent applications available on the App Store for use on the iPhone or IPAD, can be used in http://m.thaiairways.com the same way, and you can also use BlackBerry mobile phones. Additional programs include a new to the airline industry, which detects the current position of the mobile phone and find the nearest THAI within a radius of 50 kilometers, with instructions how to get there. THAILAND Thailand is developing m Service for use in other mobile phones.
• SMS Enquiry: Send a blank SMS to 451-4455 and SMS response will be sent to
mobile, which allows you to check flight information and schedules, airline tickets
promotions, mileage accrual and cargo information, and billing services. The
Company is working with AIS develop services that will be accessible Sim TG
menus on the phone.
• Call 02-400-4000 Genie: Speech recognition is an information service to Thailand through
mobile phones (mobile local service providers in Thailand) whereby
information will be sent via SMS whenever customers dial 02-400-4000. Customers
You can get flight information and schedules of cargo shipments as well.
• Little Captain: It's a mobile game for free from the App Store for iPhone iPod Touch and IPAD. The player takes the role of captain of the flight, making landing of flights to various destinations serving THAILAND. The captain also has a small monitoring application that displays flight

information through the "Promotion" icon and http://m.thaiairways.com connection. Currently this game has been downloaded 150,000 times and is among the most downloaded in Thailand.
Thai also in the process of introducing the following additional electronic services that make access to Thailand information as easy as a click away for customers:
• Road Service Recommendation of Longda Map: Map Longda is a website that
can be used for addresses within Thailand.
• Widgets / Gadgets Service: To find information about flights and services Thai
especially used by web developers, developers blog / blogs social networks
builders to thailand information may be shared with the members and prepare for
future technology transition Internet TV.
Thailand has also recently offered Internet settings www.thaiairways.com check-in, boarding passes printed at home, and for First Class passengers special meal requests are possible
through the website. Thailand has joined the Airports of Thailand and SITA

were innovative software developers in the development of modern
