Centara opens new property in Krabi, Thailand
Thailand's largest hotel chain, Centara Hotels and Resorts, today announced the opening of a new Resort & Spa in Krabi, Thailand.
The four-star Centara Go Dhevi Resort and Spa is located in Ao Nang, a hundred meters from Nopparat Thara.
Ao Nang, also known as Princess Bay, is also one of the main points of trips to the Phi Phi islands and forty minutes drive from Krabi Airport.
Hundred and thirty-five-room hotel offers accommodation with garden or pool. Family rooms and a honeymoon suite are also available.
Facilities include a restaurant, The Palm Court, a swimming pool, cocktail bar and lounge.
The management contract signed between Centara and Anda in January Dhevi 2011.

The resort is the second Centara Krabi. The first, Centara Grand Beach Resort and Villas, opened last year near Pai Plong also in Ao Nang Bay.
However, Centara is quick to note that the two hotels would not be competing with each other as they have different target markets.
"The two resorts, in fact, represent two different segments of the tourism market, and therefore complement each other. They now cover a wider wide in the town of Krabi increasingly popular, and this makes us stronger in southern Thailand, "said Chris Bailey, senior vice president of sales and marketing Centara.
Centara currently operate hotels and resorts in Bangkok, Hua Hin, Krabi, Pattaya, Samui, Koh Pha Ngan, Phuket, Rayong, Trat, Koh Kood, Hat Yai, Chiang Mai, Mae Sot, Udon Thanni, Maldives, India, Philippines and Vietnam.
The company also runs two state of the art convention centers in Bangkok and another in Udon Thani in northeast Thailand.
