Air India – Class Services
Air India was founded by Ratan Tata in 1932, was named as Tata Airlines. In 1946, airlines Tata became a public company under the name Air India. In 1948, started its international operations. Its international services began with a flight weekly from Mumbai to London. In early 1950 the government decided to nationalize it. In 1953, two autonomous corporations were created namely, Indian Airlines and Air India International. Indian Airlines was created for national service, while Air India International was established to operate the services abroad. In 1962, word international "was dropped.
Its main focus is in the city of London. Its subsidiaries include Air-India Express and Air India Cargo. Company slogan is "your place in heaven." It is based in Mumbai, India.
Some of the important destinations are covered by Air India Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Frankfurt, London, Birmingham, Abu Dhabi, the man prey Doham Dubai, etc. It has around 38 aircraft. Some of them are Boeing 747-400, Boeing 777-200 and Boeing 777-200LR, etc.

In-flight Entertainment:
Air India has audio and video on demand system in all 747-400 and 777 aircraft.
Airbus A310-300 flies to Damman, Hong Kong, Nairobi, Osaka and Shanghai. Both Economy and business class seats are standard and television personnel, do not exist in these classes.
Boeing 747-400 flies to Jeddah, Riyadh and Tokyo. Business Class has seats premium with the addition of resting and cushioning. Personal television is widescreen with audio and video on demand on the kinds of call and improved seats.
Boeing 777 flying to nearby median Dubai, Frankfurt, London and Tokyo. Long-haul destinations include Chicago, New York, Newark and Toronto. Various are variants of Boeing 777 Boeing 777-200, 777-200ER, 777-200LR and 777-300ER. In these seats business class flights are 15-inch widescreen display with energy of PTVs laptops and USB ports.
