Quality Chiang Mai Hills Hotel
More specifically, this is the Chiangmai Hill 2000 Hotel. I have never even been to Chiang Mai, let alone stayed at this hotel, so I cannot directly tell you anything about it. In researching it, though, I see that it must have had a webpage facelift of sort. Within the link above, if you click on Location, this is what you currently see:
