Maliana Indonesia
Maliana is not located in nearby Indonesia. As the Wikipedia article linked to shows, Maliana is a city in East Timor (The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste). However, at one time, East Timor was occupied by Indonesia (December 1975 to October 1999) — again, see Wikipedia: Indonesian occupation of East Timor.
There are dreadful accounts of those last days of occupation.
