Chiang Mai Spa Hotels
I did not expect to find so very many Spa hotels in Chiang Mai — for example: RarinJinda Wellness Spa Resort, Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa, Ayatana Resort and Spa, Ping Nakara Boutique Hotel & Spa, Assaradevi Villas & Spa, Marisa Boutique Resort & Spa, and Baan Thai Resort and Spa.
There are more — but I have to stop somewhere! It would be impossible for me to detail all of them in a single post.
So…that being the case, I am simply going to offer a few mentions that others have made on this topic. I have never been to Chiang Mai, therefore I definitely have no first-hand experience. Note: All that follows have been added in a post edit of April 23, 2012:

Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai Deluxe Colonial Suite – HD

The Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi in Chiang Mai Thailand could easily be described as an architectural wonder that allows travellers to the Kingdom of Thailand to see true Lanna design villas. The resort is easily one of the best Thailand has to offer and is on such large grounds that you rarely see any other guests. While the impressive and photogenic villas are attractive and popular with first timers to the resort and Thailand, we were extremely impressed by the classic luxury that is available in the Colonial wing of the hotel. In this HD video of a Deluxe Colonial Suite you can see just how splendid and spacious they are. They remind us of the Raffles in Singapore and to some extent the Sofitel Central Hua Hin although much more luxurious and better maintained than the latter.
