One bus option might be Airport-Pattaya Bus Service. From Suvarnabhumi Airport, they currently have 10 runs each day that leave between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The cost is 124 Baht as of the date of this post.

Another option is Pattaya Bus — quite a few of them run, so check the site for yourself for times and starting points.

Pattaya101 – Bell Bus – Bangkok Airport to Pattaya

In this video I explain and show the easiest, cheapest and safest way to get from the airport to your hotel. It is the Bell Bus Service and the entire journey costs 200Bt. If you get a taxi it will cost you at least 5 times that.
