I have never used these services, so I have no comment on their usefulness. But here are a few sites listing jobs:

To be honest, these three seemed the likeliest of a slew of sites that I took a look at. I am frankly appalled at the amount of garbage out there masquerading as  ‘job offers.’

Participatory governance in the Philippines –Institute of Politics and Governance in partnership with Center for Popular Empowerment (CPE), APL-Women, CPaG, ACORD and other NGOs. It narrates the experience of poor people;s engagement with local governments to address empowerment, gender and development, good governance, land rights, housing rights, jobs, livelihood and other important issues through collective action. The project is called Bayanihan sa Kaunlaran (BAKAL) which is being supported by One World Action.
