Book Bangkok Train Tickets

How to book train tikets from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur?
Okay, me and my group of friends are planning to travel by train from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur. I’ve seen online that there are the International Express in Butterworth. So I’ve to change train when we’re there? How do we go about booking the train tickets? We’re from Singapore but we’ll be going to Bangkok and we’d love to take the train to KL since we’ll be backpacking.
Need help here! Thanks

The overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is a very enjoyable trip. The train is comfortable enough (2nd class AC sleeper) and still has that sense of a ‘journey’ about it.
Book your tickets a couple of days before.from the ‘Advance Bookings’ office just to the rear of the right hand side of the enterance to the platforms.
Get to Hua Lamphong station before 6pm to watch the national anthem being played.
